This policy explains the information used when you visit AquaStead at aquastead.webifyr.com, place an order, or contact Magicka Games.

Information used to provide your order

Checkout is handled by Stripe or PayPal. Your payment provider processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card details. Order information, such as your email address, payment status, order identifier and purchased product, is used to confirm payment, provide download access, send the download link and help with order or refund requests.

Cookies and Meta Pixel

Every page includes Meta Pixel (ID 1585974936543963). It reports page views; the sales page also reports a product view. Choosing a payment method reports an initiated checkout. A confirmed payment reports a purchase with its value, currency and an event identifier.

The checkout request may include the Meta browser cookie identifier (_fbp) and click identifier (_fbc) for attribution. When a visit includes a Facebook click identifier (fbclid), this site stores it in an _fbc cookie for 90 days. Meta may set its own cookies. Browser storage and external resources

The download page uses localStorage to remember a purchase event identifier and avoid reporting the same purchase more than once. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and payment pages from the selected payment provider; these services receive connection information when used. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this page.

Who receives information

Information needed for payment and order fulfilment is processed through our hosting and payment services. Meta receives the event and attribution information described above. If you email support, your message and contact details are used to answer your request.

Your choices and requests

You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking tracking does not change the price or refund guarantee.
